Workplace goals are outward facing. Meditation is an inward focusing activity. I believe both are needed to create balanced, creative workplaces.

Min terapi er meget personlig – Hvad er din historie? Hvad er vigtigt for dig? Hvad er vigtigt i dit liv? Hvordan er det, at være dig? Kan du mærke, når du er ked af det? Får du den støtte, du har brug for?

I terapien arbejdes der med følelserne – at ignorerer dine følelser betyder ikke, at de går væk. De bliver undertrykte og dine livsværdier bliver påvirket af det.

What is Healing?

Healing is a completely natural and incredibly powerful process. It is a positive flow of energy that I open up for, which then flows to you; it deals with imbalances at a deep level. The energy vibrates and goes to where it is most needed. Just like the food you eat, the goodness goes to where it is needed without you having to think about it. Healing frees your natural resources to work in the best way for you. The only thing you have to do is absolutely nothing, relax and trust.
