Simply put meditation in the workplace creates inner calm, deeper concentration and an opportunity to tap into fresh, new ideas.

Workplace goals are outward facing. Meditation is an inward focusing activity. I believe both are needed to create balanced, creative workplaces.

Terapi

In a therapy session you will be supported and guided through a combination of conversation, psychotherapy, deep soul searching, lots of tears & laughter and a look at the world inside of yourself – your world.

A session is for 60 minutes (90 minutes for couples) and can be used to deal with any area of your life. The topic may vary from session to session but common for each session will be that you will receive undivided attention, empathy, warmth, love and insights on your life.

What is Healing?

Healing is a completely natural and incredibly powerful process. It is a positive flow of energy that I open up for, which then flows to you; it deals with imbalances at a deep level. The energy vibrates and goes to where it is most needed. Just like the food you eat, the goodness goes to where it is needed without you having to think about it. Healing frees your natural resources to work in the best way for you. The only thing you have to do is absolutely nothing, relax and trust.
